Cornelis Club News!

    New group lessons added

As of Saturday, April 2nd, you are welcome to join our Bootcamp class. Bootcamp is great (outdoor) work-out for endurance and strength. Don’t be intimidated: Bootcamp might sound tough but everyone can join (it’s train at your own level). Every Saturday at 10:00 and Tuesday at 18:15 the Bootcamp group leaves for Valeriusplein. In addition, classes have been added in Studio Christie's: learn boxing and kicking techniques Saturday at 10:30. Try our new bike experience Cycle60, Thursday evenings at 19:30. Feeling fresh: Booty & Abs lessons every Saturdays at 11:45. Plenty of lessons to make ‘getting in shape’ pleasant.

Friends offer: who are you bringing with?

Bringing a friend makes a trip to the gym just that bit easier. Which is why we have a nice offer for you. Partner-up with a colleague, family member or friend! Just bring them along for a class or a cup of coffee and a sauna session. If your (prospective) sports partner is just as enthusiastic as you are about the club, and if he or she takes out a (one year) membership, we will give you 4 weeks of free training. Your partner will also be offered a Personal Training session. Want to sign someone up? Let one of our team members at the club know. Happy to help.

Welcome @ MOODS Coffee & Brunch

Recently, MOODS started brewing the tastiest coffee and making healthy smoothies and dishes for you at our club. The MOODS team has an innate passion for good food and delicious coffee. Bestsellers on the menu: their bowls, shakes and the sandwich with avocado, salmon and poached egg. Delicious. The banana bread is Club Manager Mark's special tip. The menu is a work in progress, so all your suggestions are welcome. They’ve already made a tasty start, so let’s wish the people of Moods ( Cezar, Monica, Renate and team) a prosperous springtime!
